Can I Reschedule My Trip and Is There a Penalty Fee?
Yes — you can reschedule your trip with Sea San Blas, and there is no penalty if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
We understand that travel plans can change, and we do our best to offer flexibility. However, all rescheduling requests are subject to availability, so the sooner you notify us, the better we can accommodate your new dates.
Here’s how it works:
- Free rescheduling if requested 48 hours or more before your trip
- Changes made within 48 hours of your trip may incur a fee, depending on the circumstances and availability
- Same-day rescheduling is not possible, as transportation, meals, and island services will have already been confirmed
Important notes:
- We cannot guarantee new dates until we check with our team and the islands
- If your trip involves external services (like sailing or multi-day Colombia routes), additional change policies may apply
