Do You Have a Preferred Pick-Up Area or Hotel?

We don’t have a preferred hotel — but we only offer pickup within Panama City limits. That includes hotels, Airbnbs, and hostels located in the main central areas of the city.

If you're staying outside of city limits, we won’t be able to arrange transportation unless it falls within a special exception.

What about the Westin Playa Bonita?

Yes, we can pick up from the Westin Playa Bonita for an additional $10 per person, since it's located outside the standard city zone. This fee helps cover the extra driving distance and time.

What if I’m staying outside the pickup zone?

You can meet us at a central meeting point in Panama City. Just let us know where you're staying, and we'll help coordinate the best option.
