Is There Wi-Fi on the San Blas Islands?

In general, Wi-Fi is not available on the San Blas Islands. The experience is meant to be unplugged—giving you a chance to fully enjoy the natural beauty, local culture, and peaceful atmosphere without digital distractions. It’s a good idea to let friends or family know in advance that you’ll have little to no connectivity during your stay. We also recommend pre-downloading maps, books, or music if you’d like offline access.

That said, a few islands are starting to experiment with Starlink satellite service, but the connection is not reliable or guaranteed. If staying connected is essential for you, let us know and we’ll advise on your best options.
